Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans or use walnuts or pistachios
- Crackers for serving
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worchestershire sauce and pepper to a mixing bowl and use beaters to mix the cheese.
- Shape into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Coat with pecans before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
