Espresso Martini with Baileys Recipe
This Espresso Martini with Baileys Recipe is a frozen cocktail made with Bailey's Irish Cream for Saint Patrick's Day!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 shot Irish cream
- 1 shot vodka
- 1 shot half & half
- 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon water
- whipped cream
- Optional for glasses:
- light corn syrup
- green and white sprinkles Wilton brand used
Instructions
- Dissolve instant coffee in 1 Tablespoon of water. Add a small amount of corn syrup to the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim into sprinkles placed on a plate. Repeat until you have 4, 4 ounce glasses rimmed with sprinkles.
- Add ice cream, Irish Cream, vodka, half and half, sweetened condensed milk and dissolved coffee to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into prepared glasses and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles. Serve immediately.
