Ingredients

  • 1 ½ scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 shot Irish cream
  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot half & half
  • 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • whipped cream
  • Optional for glasses:
  • light corn syrup
  • green and white sprinkles Wilton brand used

Instructions

  • Dissolve instant coffee in 1 Tablespoon of water. Add a small amount of corn syrup to the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim into sprinkles placed on a plate. Repeat until you have 4, 4 ounce glasses rimmed with sprinkles.
  • Add ice cream, Irish Cream, vodka, half and half, sweetened condensed milk and dissolved coffee to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into prepared glasses and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles. Serve immediately.
