Mix your batter and heat your skittle to medium. Grease the skillet again after each waffle for perfectly crispy waffles.
Allow the waffles to cool a little bit on a wire rack before stacking up. This will help the tower hold its shape and stand tall.
When everything is ready, stack up the waffles on a cake platter and then load with your favorite toppings. We poured warm pure maple syrup down over the top of a mount of fresh berries, fresh mint and some pea shoots.
