- 14 oz meatballs 14 oz, frozen meatballs, fully cooked
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 russet potatoes peeled and cut into ½" pieces
- 1 cup peas frozen
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup half and half
Place meatballs, broth, potatoes, peas and seasonings in a slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
When cooking is complete, stir in half and half and mix well. Serve.
