We came up with this amazing Slow Cooker Swedish Meatball Stew Recipe and it is so rich and creamy and full of flavor - and simple to throw together!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz meatballs 14 oz, frozen meatballs, fully cooked
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 4 russet potatoes peeled and cut into ½" pieces
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup half and half

Instructions

  • Place meatballs, broth, potatoes, peas and seasonings in a slow cooker. Set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • When cooking is complete, stir in half and half and mix well.  Serve.
