- ½ cup butter 1 stick plus 6 tablespoons, softened
- ¾ cup SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend firmly packed
- ½ cup SPLENDA Granulated No Calorie Sweetener
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Add oats and chocolate chips and mix.
Roll dough into a ball about one inch thick and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. The cookies will not spread very much.
Bake for 8 minutes and then let sit on the cookie sheet to cool for about a minute before removing to cooling racks.
