Prehead oven to 350 degrees.

Mix 1 box chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, vanilla and eggs in a small mixing bowl.

Set in the refrigerator to chill for 15 minutes.

Pour sprinkles into small bowls.

Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Roll cookie dough into 1in balls and place on the parchment paper.

Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for an additional 5 minutes to chill the dough again.

Roll the dough in sprinkles and then put them back on the baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Remove cookies from pan immediately. Gently but firmly press Hershey Kisses Conversation Candies or Hershey Reeses Conversation Cups into the center of the cookie. The edges of the cookie may crack a bit.
