- 1-½ cups all purpose flour
- 1-½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups hot chocolate flavored ice cream nearly completely melted
- chocolate jimmies
- mallow bits/dehydrated small marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x4 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Mix together flour and baking powder. Add mostly thawed/melted ice cream and mix well.
Spoon into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with chocolate jimmies and marshmallows.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool and slice before serving.
