As Halloween comes to an end, the real holiday season is beginning…and by real holiday season, I mean it’s time to bake, cook, broil, roast, and eat!
I am watching what I eat right now, doing moderate exercise (walking my dogs, stretching, etc) and trying to stick to a Slim-Fast diet. It’s going very slowly…but now that the Halloween parties are over, I anticipate that I will start losing weight more quickly.
That is…until Thanksgiving rolls around. You see, I love Thanksgiving. I love the togetherness, the sense of gratitude and goodwill, baking for my family, trying new recipes…and eating. A lot.
