Stay Connected with NETGEAR'S AT&T Unite WiFi Hotspot #LifeConnected

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks on behalf of NETGEAR'S AT&T Unite WiFi mobile hotspot. All opinions are my own.

Have you ever grabbed your laptop or tablet on the way out the door to an appointment with every intention of getting some work done, catching up on emails - or even just keeping the kids entertained, only to find when you arrive at your destination that there isn't WiFi available? Yeah, me too. And it stinks! I've heard about hotspots before but never really understood what they were - until now. NETGEAR'S AT&T Unite WiFi hotspot is a cool little device that you can take along with you to increase your productivity (or your entertainment) while in the go.

You have the ability to connect up to 10 WiFi devices to just one unit, so everyone in your family can get in on the action, so to speak. No more allotting time for each family member, or taking turns using the internet! Because the AT&T Unite device has up to 10 hours of battery life, you will have plenty of juice for any kind of outing - even a road trip with the kids!

Imagine having a car full of kids happily entertaining themselves in the backseat, while you take a nap in the front seat - or if you're anything like me, catch up on work on your tablet or laptop so that you can unplug once you reach your destination! And if there isn't WiFi available at your vacation destination, you have your very own right there with you.

Of course, you don't have to go on vacation to benefit from your own AT&T Unite WiFi hotspot. Want to bring your laptop or tablet along while sitting at the dentist's office with the kids? Your own hotspot means that you can balance your checkbook online, catch up on your favorite blog posts, or even do a little online shopping while you wait. And you don't have to wait until you get home to help other kids with their homework; having your own WiFi mobile hotspot means that while one child is in the dentist's chair, the other can be working on homework assignments online in the waiting room.

    Isn't multitasking fun?

The AT&T Unite has an intuitive touchscreen and the AT&T WiFi network details and data usage are displayed on the home screen so you know exactly what's going on with your connection. There's even a guest option: the ability to create a second WiFi network for one-time users! That's perfect for when your children's friends are traveling with you, or you want to share your AT&T Unite hotspot with a friend or colleague.

Of course, there's also the ability to block and unblock specific WiFi devices directly from the Unite so you can control your children's internet usage if they're getting a little rowdy and trying to sneak internet time when it's off-limits.

You can learn more about AT&T Unite at ATT.com/Unite, or by following on Twitter or liking the Facebook page.

I so need this! So many places I travel to have crappy WiFi and I always have to work in the evenings! Ugh!

I'm thinking about getting one since I'm always on the go. The last place I went to, I had terrible WiFi service. 🙁

I have a hotspot but it's not AT&T. I'll have to look at this one when my contract expires.
