Spoil Your Pooch With Luv-A-Pet Care Bears From PetSmart

Everyone knows how I feel about my fur babies, Foxy, Bailey and Toby. They fill my heart with love and fill my house with furballs, and I wouldn't have it any other way! Well, I would love it if they didn't shed so dang much, but fluffy dogs = furballs. I've accepted that my house will always be a little dusty and fully expect to see a furball under the bookshelf every time I dust it.

As much as I love fostering kittens for the Humane Society, I wish that I could help them with dogs too. Unfortunately, Foxy is far too territorial for me to bring another dog into the house. Luckily, there are other ways we can all help homeless pets, even if we can't foster or adopt them ourselves!

Until the end of  February Luv-A-Pet™ Care Bears™ Dog Toys will be available at PetSmart and PetSmart.com, and 10% of the purchase price from each Care Bear product goes to PetSmart Charities to help save the lives of homeless pets! So not only can you totally spoil your little poochies with these adorable Care Bears that are specially made for dogs (they even have squeakers inside them!), but every time you buy one this month, you are helping a dog in need! PetSmart sent me a little care package for my own doggies and I was so excited when it arrived!

I have to admit though, as a child who grew up with Care Bears as my own toys, it felt strange to hand these little Luv-A-Pet Care Bears over to the dogs!

Toby was thrilled when I opened the box and immediately set his sights on that little pink bear!

He carried it around with him for at least an hour, chewing on it and hitting it with his paw to make it squeak.

As soon as he took a break from playing with it, Foxy took over and staked her claim. I haven't seen her get so excited about a dog toy since she was a puppy! She's going to turn 9 in April, so you can imagine it's been quite a while!

Bailey was far more concerned with the Blue Be Mine doggy treats that he was the toys.

Bailey is ALL ABOUT the food. Toys are an after thought to him!

Don't worry, even though Foxy has claimed our pink Luv-A-Pet Care Bear for her own, Toby still has the little blue guy and a green Care Bear to play with!

He loves to play fetch with the blue one...and of course, chew on its ears!

You can find a whole assortment of Luv-A-Pet™ Care Bears™ Dog Toys at PetSmart! The ones in this post come in blue, pink, light blue and green, and there are other ones that come in yellow, dark pink, brown and purple!

There are even Luv-A-Pet™ Care Bears™ Plush Mini Dog Toys for your tiny pooches that come in yellow, purple and brown!

Right now you can even save $10 on an online order of $60 or more on PetSmart.com!

Love the Care Bears. Sophie just found one my childhood Care Bears. She would be thrilled for our dog to have one too!

These pictures made me laugh! I see that your dogs are really excited and they definitely enjoy these toys! My dog refused to play with a similar toy and the only thing that makes it happy is a white chocolate!

My dogs are two old ladies (9 and 8 years old) and no longer want to play with toys (on the rare occasion that they do, it's a squeaky bone). They prefer to sleep and go on walks, which is a total bummer because I want these! LOL

Oh gosh, these are just adorable. I wish my dogs wouldn't tear everything up. I would so get these for them. I can see your dogs are bigger shredders than my dogs, I can so relate.

My kids would want to keep the Care Bears for themselves! BTW - I bet you did it a while ago, but I hadn't seen the new header -- what a FANTASTIC picture!

Awesome pictures and all your dogs seem to be in great shape. These toys also seem to be a good product for our puppies and grown ups. Moreover charity to save life of homeless pets is a very noble initiative. I am also going to contribute towards this noble cause by purchasing a toy for my dog. He is a German Shepard, seven years old and likes to play.
