I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Welch’s. I received product samples to facilitate my review, a gift code to giveaway, and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.
What does the Share What’s Good term “family moments” mean to you? As Angeline has gotten older, our appreciation of family moments has grown tremendously, as our time together has changed so much since she became a teenager. As time with mom and dad began to give way to time at the mall with friends, we treasure any opportunity to spend time with Angeline – even if it’s just sitting down to share a meal at the end of the day!
We had a lot of family moments this summer, between our entire family taking a 7 day cruise through the Caribbean to Angeline and I spending two weeks on a Mediterranean cruise. I guess you could say we were making up for lost time! We had so many family moments together, and those incredible memories will last us all a lifetime!
Welch’s Share What’s Good Movement
Welch’s believes in the magic of “kitchen table” moments, and has been helping families enjoy them for generations. I don’t know about you, but Angeline has always been more talkative while we’re around the dinner table. Something about sharing a meal is such a bonding experience!
Welch’s recently launched a new movement called “Share what’s good” and it’s as simple as it sounds: sharing the good moments we have with our friends and family! At Sharewhatsgood.com you’ll find a variety of great content from fun family ideas to delicious recipes. You can share photos of your every-day moments and see how others are doing the same.
Just remember to use the hashtag #Sharewhatsgood on Twitter or Instagram and it will show up in the Welch’s Share What’s Good feed.
Enjoy Share What’s Good Moments at Home
With our lives being so crazy with the kids back to school, it might seem a daunting task to create family moments together. It doesn’t have to be difficult – even sitting around the kitchen table after school enjoying a PB&J sandwich can turn into a moment that you and your kids treasure. Ever since I quit working outside the home, Angeline has always been a little chatterbox after school. We sit in the kitchen and chat about her day at school, upcoming plans, etc. Those are Share What’s Good family moments that I treasure!
Welch’s Natural Concord Grape spread is made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives and no high fructose corn syrup, so I can feel good about sitting down to share a sandwich with Angeline as an after school snack.
If your kids are picky eaters, why not make crust-less Welch’s PB&J sandwiches by using a biscuit cutter or cookie cutter to turn the sandwiches into fun shapes? You can even let the kids help to further the magic of the family moment!
You can find out more about Welch’s Share What’s Good movement at www.Sharewhatsgood.com, and check out the Welch’s Facebook page www.facebook.com/welchsgrapes for lots of ideas on how to create more Share What’s Good family moments with your own family!
