Ricola Stops New Yorkers On The Street and Ask Them To Bust a Rhyme

I felt the magic of swiss herbs in Ricola Herb & Throat drops as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #swissherbs

This is a safe place, we can all admit that our favorite way to procrastinate it by watching Youtube videos. It isn't our fault really, we click one little video with a caption like "shark cat" and then it suggest another, and another and suddenly an hour has gone by. While cat videos might rule the web, I also love when someone interviews random passerby or ask them to perform some funny request. I'm always surprised at how willing people are to play along and the results are often hilarious - especially when they really get into it.

In a recent tour stop in NYC, Ricola asked passersby to freestyle about the new Ricola Revitalizing Herb Drops.

The new herb drops contain a hit of lemon followed by a surprising fizzy burst that tingles your mouth and soothes your throat. The results were surprisingly good from some of the most unexpected characters.

I can't help but watch these and smile.

We hit the streets of NYC to see who’s got the best zest on the mic. It’s the Revitalizing Tour – gettin’ fizzy with it!

I love the first woman who, judging by the reaction of her friend, probably had never did this before but she was so into it! The second guy gets so into it too and he's really good! Let's face it, rapping about a herb drop probably isn't the easiest thing in the world and I think the participants may have even surprised themselves by how good they were.
