This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Quaker Oats for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Over the last month, I've traveled almost non-stop. Between a long weekend in Orlando with the kids, a week in Colorado for a conference, a last minute weekend road trip to North Carolina and a week in Barbados to celebrate my anniversary, I have only been home a little over a week for an entire month!

It has been CRAZY, to say the least. One of the hardest things to handle while traveling is fitting in meals, especially breakfast. And air travel during times when there is no food being served? That's no fun. Instead of spending a lot of money on junkfood in the airport, I try to always have a healthy snack with me...sometimes two or three!

Early in June, I received a box of Quaker Soft Baked Bars and I have been making sure that I have at least one with me at all times. When we went to Orlando, I packed a box so that we would have a quick and delicious breakfast before heading out to the theme parks. When I went to Colorado, I packed a few bars to eat whenever I was hungry because I knew that our schedule would be insane!

These new Quaker Soft Baked Bars are great because they provide the fuel you need with the homemade flavor of wholesome food that we all love! Quaker Soft Baked Bars are made with real fruits and nuts, and you can stow them in your purse or carry-on bag or just warm them up in the microwave at home for an extra special breakfast snack.

Quaker Soft Baked Bread comes in two flavors: Cinnamon Pecan Bread and my favorite, the Banana Nut Bread. I love baking Banana Nut Bread before a trip for a great carry-on snack but I didn't need to when I went to Colorado because I had these great Quaker Soft Baked Bread bars with me!

While they are wonderful just for their flavor and convenience alone, they also are a great souce of protein and fiber!

    • 140 calories

    • 5g of Fiber

    • 6g of Protein

    • Excellent source of 5 B-Vitamins

They sound great, don't they? Don't take my word for it, though, give them a try yourself!

I just tried the Banana Nut Bread one and really liked it, but that pecan one with the icing looks sinful. Must try!

The banana nut bars look delicious. I wish my son didn't have a nut allergy so we could have them in the house. But I know that if I'm out by myself, I'll be grabbing some!
