Over the last month, I’ve traveled almost non-stop. Between a long weekend in Orlando with the kids, a week in Colorado for a conference, a last minute weekend road trip to North Carolina and a week in Barbados to celebrate my anniversary, I have only been home a little over a week for an entire month!
It has been CRAZY, to say the least. One of the hardest things to handle while traveling is fitting in meals, especially breakfast. And air travel during times when there is no food being served? That’s no fun. Instead of spending a lot of money on junkfood in the airport, I try to always have a healthy snack with me…sometimes two or three!

When we went to Orlando, I packed a box so that we would have a quick and delicious breakfast before heading out to the theme parks. When I went to Colorado, I packed a few bars to eat whenever I was hungry because I knew that our schedule would be insane!
