The other day, my friends and I were chatting about the new Fire Fighter calendar that was coming out. Somehow, we found ourselves on the topic of which profession we thought had the best uniforms.
I know, I know - the things we girls talk about, right?
Of course I am partial to the USMC dress blues uniform, being that I married a Marine and all. But even I had to admit that there is something about a man in a doctor uniform that is quite attractive. I don't know if it is the stethoscope around their necks, the clipboard under their arm, or the long white coat that does it, but doctors are kinda hot.
I am planning on dressing as a superhero for this October's Fantasy Fest costumed parade, and I figured, why not have my husband dress as a doctor? I pulled up http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Men/ and found some cute scrubs that I am almost certain I could talk my husband into wearing as his costume!
They're simple, lightweight and he won't have to feel that he is actually wearing a costume. The problem in years past is that he didn't really want to get dressed up. Last year, we were able to talk him into wearing a Batman tshirt, and that was his costume. Well, this doesn't count as getting dressed up - not really, anyway. He's happy, I'm happy and our photos? They'll be awesome!

My husband is the same way. I can never get him to dress up.
