The new Acer Iconia Tab 8 is crafted of premium materials and sleek in design. It keeps up with and exceeds the demands of today's technology driven world. Tablets are fantastic when your phone just isn't enough. I love that they are portable but less bulky than my laptop. Tablets are perfect for throwing (gently) into your purse or tote bag and taking with you when you travel, or even to entertain yourself while you're sitting in a waiting room at the doctor's office.

The narrow bezel on the Acer Iconia Tab 8 allows for a bigger IPS display contributing to a wide viewing angle. These features are especially nice when watching movies or reading. The display is crisp with a 1024 x 768 resolution for sharp images. Nobody wants to watch videos that are blurry and the 4:3 aspect reveals more content. A nice set of dual speakers enhance your audio experience because we all know that it's never any fun when you're using a tablet and you have to struggle to hear. I like to crank up the tunes when I'm cleaning and the Iconia Tab has some pretty powerful sound considering its compact size!
The Acer Iconia Tab has an Intel® Atom™ CPU which provides smooth graphics rendering. The Intel CPU is known for smooth web browsing as well as game play and videos. The battery life is fantastic at 7.5 hours which is plenty to watch a few movies while on a plane or a car road trip. You can even use Acer Cloud to sync or stream music across all of your devices, wherever you are!
The Iconia is slim and light enough to pop into a purse or bag without it taking up too much space. It also fits nicely in my nightstand drawer, where it's always on hand if I want to quickly jot down a blog post idea or do a little Pinterest browsing before bed.
