As a mom, I have often thought to myself, "My kid is the most awesome kid ever in the history of the world." However, I think most parents think that about their kids, right? Every child is special in their own way, and as a parent, YOU know what makes your kid extraordinary. Stanford Children’s Health knows that it's not just the epic stuff that makes our kids shine. It's the little things that they do, day in and day out - sometimes it's the little things that only their family sees. Silly jokes around the dinner table, their outrageous sense of humor that gets the entire family laughing at birthday parties, or their incredibly selfless and generous nature shown when playing with their cousins or little siblings at home.
Our kids do things every day that make them extraordinary!
Your kid, and every kid, is extraordinary. Celebrate your extraordinary kid.
Did you know that Stanford Children’s Health and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford has been the top-ranked children’s hospital in Northern California for over a decade? They're the largest Bay Area healthcare provider with an exclusive focus on children and expectant women, so Stanford Children's Health really understands all of the little things that make kids extraordinary!

Those who live within range of that hospital are lucky indeed. We're all so blessed with these amazing children we have, aren't we?
Robin (Masshole Mommy)
That sounds like a wonderful hospital. We have a great children's hospital here in Boston, too.

I have these same thoughts about my son. He is just discovering how funny he is (and he likes to tell me, "I'm so funny!") He is quite the entertainer!

First of all, what's in the water because you DO NOT even look like a mom! You look terrific and your daughter is just as beautiful. I love being a mom and I love being a mom to a little girl even more.

I'm born and raised in Tennessee where St Jude's is--having access to an outstanding hospital like that or Stanford Children's Health is, well, a life saver. The very best part is never needing it.

I have heard of this hospital before and it has always been great things. No one wants there child to have to deal with a hospital experience but when its a must you want them in the best place possible!
Rosey
It's wonderful to have a top-ranked children's hospital nearby! I am not sure how many people look into that kind of thing before they move, but it's not a bad idea to do so.
Michelle Christopher
I'm in the Bay Area and have heard nothing but good things about Stanford Children's Health and the Stanford medical facilities in general. We are very lucky to have such a great healthcare organization so close to us.
Trisha
A lot of children's hospitals are really great, always putting the patient first and making things easy for families to access. For those that need to go there, like you said routine or not, it's so nice to have a reliable place.

Every night before I say goodnight to my kids- I tell them at least one thing that they did during the day that made me proud of them. It ends the day on a positive note and helps me realize what is the important "take away" from the day!
Cassie @ Southeast by Midwest
It sounds like anyone who is able to go to this hospital will be receiving top notch care! I like how they have doctors that live within range of the hospital.
Christie
How sweet to share your extraordinary kid! Definitely makes me want to brag about mine 🙂
