This is a sponsored post on behalf of DataRank and KC Masterpiece. All opinions are my own.

It's BBQ season in Miami - and I'm guessing across the rest of the country too! Unfortunately, I caught a nasty case of acute tonsillitis last week on my way home from LA and spent most of the last week in bed...including Memorial Day! I had huge plans for throwing a Memorial Day cookout but they never came to fruition because I couldn't drag myself out of bed. I had purchased ribs, beans, KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce, veggies, potatoes, etc for my planned cookout, so Chris took it upon himself to make us a big BBQ dinner so that they wouldn't go to waste.

    Best. Husband. Ever!

    KC Masterpiece Ribs

So here's what he did, it's really so easy and you can't go wrong with just two ingredients and about a minute of prep time!

    Easy KC Masterpiece Ribs

    Ingredients

    Baby Back Ribs
    KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce

    KC Masterpiece Ribs

    Directions

Heat up your grill and lay a piece of tin foil across one of the grills. Chris used a knife to slice the tin foil so that the juices could fall through while the ribs cooked.

    KC Masterpiece Ribs

Slather your ribs with BBQ Sauce and close the lid to the grill.

    KC Masterpiece Ribs

Cook on indirect heat for one hour and 30 minutes.

And you're done! See, I told you it was easy!

My husband is the unofficial master of the grill around here and his favorite thing to make are ribs. We'll have to grab a bottle of KC Masterpiece next time we are shopping. My mouth is watering for ribs now.
