My Experience with the 3 Day Weight Loss Starter Kit

Overall, I was highly pleased with the three day starter kit. The Jenny Craig menu items were every bit as good as I'd heard they are, and the consultation was informative and helpful. One of the things I enjoyed most about the Jenny Craig Starter Kit was that I didn't have to go thorugh a lot of effort putting meals together - that is usually my downfall when it comes to my weight loss plans. I get lazy and tired of cooking. Sure, I can make myself a healthy breakfast or dinner, but it's those times during the day when I'm either running around town or stuck at my desk trying to tackle my workload that I falter. You would think that I have all the time in the world to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from scratch since I am at home all day, but that's just not the case. Once I get into WORK MODE...hours go by without getting up from my desk!

Having handy premade meals and snacks that fit into my weight loss plan are a no brainer and I am learning to incorporate these premade meals into my eating plan. It's really such an easy way to keep on track!
