HP 3050A Wireless All in One Color Photo Printer

Each year as December 31st rolls around, I go crazy trying to figure out last minute supplies to buy to use as business write-offs. Last year was the first year that I really made an income from blogging, and I really did not want to get hit with a huge tax bill!

Now, in a perfect world, I would have the money to go out and buy a new laptop, camera, etc every year-end to reduce my taxable income. But firstly, I don't really need brand new electronics every year, and second...who has money for that?!

I love everything about this HP 3050A Wireless All in One Color Photo printer, especially that it is energy star rated because it shuts down when not in use. Chris hooked it up so that we can all print documents directly from our laptops without hooking anything up - I love that it has wireless printing! I can even print stuff directly from my iPad and my iPhone!

We are high tech up in here!!

We can also print color photos, but I haven't tried that feature yet because I have so many Shutterfly credits that I just order prints from them.

One of the biggest selling points - aside from the wireless feature, of course - is that the HP printer ink lasts forever! The standard HP 61 black ink prints up to 190 pages, and the HP 61 color ink prints up to 165 pages. As we don't print that much, each ink cartridge lasts us almost a year.

Angeline prints the most in our family, being that she is in school and most of her homework is essays and whatnot. It's so funny to see the difference between her high school homework and mine...when I was her age, my parents saved up and bought me an electronic typewriter with a built in spell check. I would write my essay and think I was using the most advanced piece of electronic equipment in the universe. Poor Angeline probably wouldn't recognize a typewriter if one was right in front of her!
