Home Delights™ Spoiled my Dogs and That’s Okay

I’m feeding my dogs Cesar® Home Delights™ as part of a sponsored series with Socialstars. #CesarHomeDelights. All opinions and experiences are my own and not influenced by either company.

Home Delights™ from Cesar® has become my go-to wet food for giving my two dogs, Bailey and Toby, a treat every so often. If you’ll recall, I started giving them Home Delights™ to keep them from attacking the cat’s food. It’s worked wonders, and now they never bother the cat or the food. I’m beyond thrilled!

Although, my two trouble makers are not getting into the cat food anymore, they’ve become just a tiny bit spoiled. I’m okay with that, though. I enjoy giving them something that they really enjoy. Currently, Toby and Bailey are all about the Slow Cooked Chicken & Vegetables Dinner. It has big chunks of meat, veggies and a thick gravy – this is totally unlike their usual dry food and I really think that they think they’re eating real home-cooked food.

They were excited about all the flavors, but since I’ve started giving them the chicken variety, they’ve got nuts over it. When I open that little package, it sounds like a heard of buffalo is tearing through the house instead of my two little guys.

Home Delights™ Spoiled my Dogs and That's Okay

I can’t say I blame them. Home Delights™ Slow Cooked Chicken Dinner actually looks like a lot of meals I’ve prepared for myself in the past. If I were a dog, and I had to choose between dry, bland food or a moist, meaty bowl of chicken, potatoes, and peas, I know what I’d pick. Toby and Bailey agree, they get so excited when they get their special meal!

Hey, it works for me! I’d rather have them racing around my feet and begging for another helping of Slow Cooked Chicken Dinner than have to be yelling and chasing them around the house trying to keep them out of the cat food. My poor cat has never been happier, either. Now she can eat in peace!

Spoil Your Pets with Home Delights™

Because sometimes a little something special is just so nice. I love Home Delights™, and my dogs are insane over it. I only give it to them as a treat, but it’s perfectly wonderful as an everyday dog food too. It has a texture, look, and flavor that almost looks good enough for me to eat. I think that’s awesome, because we can fool our dogs into thinking the Home Delights™ they’re eating is actually our dinner. No, it’s not, but it might as well be, silly dogs!

We no longer have our fur kids but I remember the sound you describe! I love the scampering (or pounding) of pet feet on their way to greet you!

Don’t show my dog because she’ll be so jealous! Actually, I just need to pick up some Home Delights and my dog can be spoiled too.

I have to agree with Liz! I never thought I would say dog food looked good, but that actually looks pretty tasty. The dogs look like they really enjoyed it, too.

My little Indi is nearly ten years old and has lot a LOT of her little teeth. She LOVES Cesar! I get the box from Sam’s – the lasagna one smells like something even I would eat lol

My little guy’s stomach is so sensitive that I’m always almost afraid to introduce new foods to him. However, I’ll give this a try to see how it works for him.

Those are some happy dogs! I love how the food actually looks like chicken and vegetables, because a lot of dog food really doesn’t look like much of anything.

What cute dogs! This reminds me of what my grandma would prepare for her German Shepard. She always cooked his meals from scratch and it always looked and smelled like something we could eat as well.
