Healthy snacking on the go is important when you're trying to live a healthy lifestyle. It can be difficult, though. goodnessknows makes snacking on the go easier with their snacks made without artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners that are easy to eat at the table, in the car, or anywhere.

    Snacking with goodnessknows

Over the past few months, I've been putting a real emphasis on living a better life. Guilt-free snacking on the go has been my big road block. It's not always easy to eat wholesome when you're always on the go...and if you're a regular reader, then you know that I am ALWAYS on the go. On the go to St Kitts, on the go to Thailand - and all of that travel doesn't create the best environment for healthy eating!

I've lost 20 pounds over the last four months and I really do not want to gain them back, so I make a concentrated effort to pack nutritious and low calorie snacks in my carry on while I am traveling. Airport food is expensive and not always the best quality! Granola bars are generally full of extra sugar, and I don't really want a protein bar. That's where goodnessknows snack squares come in!

Snacking is Better ANYWHERE with goodnessknows Snack Squares

goodnessknows snack squares are delicious and satisfying, and they're made with delicous ingredients like whole nuts, real fruits, toasted oats, and dark chocolate. They also have no artifical flavor or sweeteners. This delicious option for on the go snacking comes in three flavors...

    • Cranberry, Almond, and Dark Chocolate - Roasted almonds and toasted oats with a hint of natural sweetness
    • Apple, Almond & Peanut, and Dark Chocolate - Crunchy peanuts, toasted almonds, and tangy apples.
    • Peach & Cherry, Almond, and Dark Chocolate - Sweet peaches and cherries with toasted almonds and dark chocolate.

They sound pretty good, don't they? That's because they are good! And they make the perfect on the go snack. Their recipes use the power and flavor of nature to help me lead a more energetic life and to feel better in general. I take them with me on those days when I know I'll be out of the house for long periods. Sometimes, I just have them for breakfast with an apple. That combo fills me up and powers me all the way through lunch!

It's nice to indulge in goodnessknows snackable squares, knowing that four of them are only 150 calories. I'd call that pretty guilt-free snacking...especially when I want a little chocolate - I just love that they have chocolate on the bottom of each square!

    Snacking That's Delicious

goodnessknows is a delicious option for on the go snacking, and I love them. They taste delicious, they're made without artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners -  goodnessknows is helping me on my journey to a better life, and what a tasty journey it is.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of goodnessknows. The opinions and text are all mine.

I have to eat something before we land on planes because my stomach gets upset. I usually take a granola bar or almonds, but this sounds perfect. I like that it's easy to fit these into my purse.
