I received this clip in my email a while back and just got around to watching it this morning. I have heard about the Portlandia series on IFC because of the whole Bloggess ordeal, but I have never seen the show…
Wow, I’ve been missing a lot!
I couldn’t stop laughing the entire way through this clip – especially at the end!
Portlandia is shot on location in Portland, OR and the series is directed, co-created and co-written by Jonathan Krisel (SNL), executive produced by Lorne Michaels and produced by Broadway Video.
Aside from the ever-hilarious Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein, Portlandia is slated to have a ton of wonderful guests for their second season…like Eddie Vedder (squeeeee!), Jeff Goldbum, Penny Marshall, Tim Robbins and Andy Samburg – among others!
I’ve already set my DVR to record Portlandia – it’s on Independent Film Channel on Friday nights at 10 pm.
