This post brought to you by Lenovo. All opinions are 100% mine.
We are a huge techie family, with TVs, gaming consoles, iPads and PCs all over the house...and none of them connected! You'd think with all of our tech usage, we'd know how to network everything together and simply our lives, right?
Wrong. Only my husband knows how to work 80% of the systems in the house - because he bought them and programmed them. My daughter and I often have meltdowns over trying to turn on the Wii or PS3 while he is out of the country for business and unable to answer our phone calls when we're desperate for instructions!
So you can probably understand why I was excited to learn about the Lenovo Enhanced Multimedia Remote! It is an upgrade to the popular Lenovo Multimedia Remote with Keyboard. This enhanced version provides people like me with more function and fun, because we can control our PC with a palm-sized wireless and backlit keyboard! There are no drivers to install, which makes it perfect for my daughter and I. You just plug in the USB nano dongle and you are ready to go - it's a super small USB so you don't have to worry about cables or anything taking up space -or getting tangled up. With the 2.4FHz radio frequency, you can control your PC (or xbox, PS3, Wii, etc.) as far as 30 feet away!
You can watch this cool video to get a better idea of everything that you can do with the Lenovo Multimedia Remote with Keyboard.
I especially love that it is compatible with Windows 7, because every PC in our home runs on Windows 7! And being the couch potato that I am, the fact that I can use it from 30 feet away is a big bonus!

I was just looking at this in my SS dashboard and thought how cool it would be.
