This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of V8 Protein. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have you seen the new V8 Protein Shakes and Bars in stores yet? If you haven't tried them yet, then this is for you! I live a pretty busy life, whether it's constant travel or just running around like a chicken with my head cut off between blogging work, carpooling, errands, etc - you know, LIFE. My day usually begins at 7 am, and it's nonstop go-go-go until 4 or 5 pm. I often find myself snacking throughout the day because I don't really have time to cook a meal and sit down to eat it...it's definitely not a great lifestyle, that's for sure!

If only there were something that I could eat or drink that would fill me up and give me energy in the mornings or when I need a snack in the afternoon...oh wait! THERE IS, and they're right at your local grocery store, or available for purchase online. I'm talking about the NEW V8 Protein products!

    1

The NEW V8 Protein Bars and Shakes are made from tasty ingredients that you know and love, and they are a great way to fill up and refuel your energy levels so that you can continue about your day and cross everything off your to-do list! These make great breakfasts or mid-morning or afternoon snacks,

The V8 Protein Shakes are made from a delicious blend of dairy, soy, pea, brown rice and quinoa proteins with sweet honey and sugar, so while they're full of good stuff, they still taste good too!

The V8 Protein Bars are a blend of soy protein, delicious nuts, oats and spices to satisfy you and give you a bit of energy too. When's the last time you could say that an oatmeal raisin cookie gave you energy? Or a chocolate peanut butter bar? Probably not very recently, right? I love that these V8 Protein Bars come in flavors we all love - it makes snack time extra fun!

    2

I travel quite a bit and I am always throwing something into my carry on bag for snacking while traveling. You just never know when you're going to find a decent meal, and if you fly a lot, then I don't have to tell you how yucky airplane food can be!

I brought along a V8 Protein Bar on a recent 6 hour cross-country flight and it's a good thing I did, because they sold out of snacks and meals before they even got to me in row 22.

    1

That V8 Protein Bar in Oatmeal Raisin was the perfect way to fill me up when hunger struck, and I didn't have to whip out the credit card for a $4 can of potato chips.

Each V8 Protein Shake has 12 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, quarter cup of vegetables, no high fructose corn syrup and as much calcium and Vitamin D as a glass of milk! So not only are you satisfying your hunger, but you are meeting some of the daily recommended allowances and it's all with an easy-to-drink shake!

The V8 Protein Bars each contain 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, no high fructose corn syrup and a quarter cup of vegetables in each bar. That's a quarter cup of vegetables! As much as I love veggies, I find it difficult to fit them into my meals each day, so I love this "easy" way to help fill the daily recommended allowance.

    2

I love that there isn't any high fructose corn syrup in the new V8 Protein Bars and Shakes. While I love a quick and easy convenience food, I try to be careful about what I eat on a regular basis, and I don't have to worry about these because they're sweetened with honey sugar and brown rice syrup!
