Do You Have an Exploding Toilet?

You don’t normally think of the bathroom as a dangerous place, but sometimes it can be. With water on the floor and in the shower it can be slippery, with appliances near water it can be an electrical hazard, and now even your toilet can be a true hazard.

A recall has been issued for Flushmate’s flush assist system which has been the reason for over300 toilet explosions. Since the unit has been installed by almost every major toilet manufacturer there is a good possibility your toilet is affected. Find out more below:

    Wow I am glad I have my old Kohler… it is from the pre-water saving era. Exploding toilets are a very scary concept :/
