In the upcoming Disney film, Delivery Man, Vince Vaughn plays an affable underachiever looking for his purpose in life, when he finds out he’s fathered 533 children through anonymous donations to a fertility clinic 20 years ago. Now he must decide whether or not to come forward when 142 of them want to meet their biological father.

There’s nothing more important than family. Plain and simple: whether it’s the family that you’re born with, or the family that you create for yourself, family is what grounds us, who gives us comfort in our time of need, and what gives us the courage and empowerment to go on when life gets tough.
Family is everything.
When I was a little girl, I didn’t plan on getting married and having kids. I just wasn’t one of those kids, I guess you can say that I was always a bit of a rebel! Getting pregnant at 19 changed that, as pregnancies are known to do!
While I never planned on having kids, once I became a mother, I was so incredibly grateful for the opportunity and I embraced it completely. Every once in a while, Angeline will ask me if she ruined my life by being born, or if she ruined by 20’s, as she knows that while my friends were off to college and beginning their careers, I was a struggling single mom and then married young, at just 23.
I don’t regret it for a second. Becoming a parent was the most wonderful thing that’s ever happened to me, and when I watched this exclusive Delivery Man trailer, and saw Vince Vaughn’s character find purpose and meaning in life through his role as a dad – no matter how loosely he defined that term – it resonated with me.
Delivery Man is going to be one hilarious movie, but it also has heart. A lot of heart.
Delivery Man stars the hilarious Vince Vaughn, Cobie Smulders and Chris Pratt, along with a fantastically funny and heartwarming supporting cast.
Delivery Man will be in theaters November 22. And just so you know, this movie is for adults and not small children. It’s rated PG-13 for mature themes.
