I shared my photo from France of Angeline and I eating gelato. Is it just me, or do moms and daughters bond best over food? I took Angeline along with me on a Mediterranean cruise this summer and we made memories that will last us a lifetime. As she's in the thick of the angst-ridden teenage years, those days spent exploring Europe together helped bring us closer together than ever.

Of course, it's not all about bonding with the kids, right?

Chris and I just came back from a weekend trip to Key West, where we had a wonderful time together. Those magical moments away can do wonders for keeping a marriage strong!
