    I can see why people love them. YUM! In my case it’s the other way around, I’m the only one in the family that likes Mexican food/cheese.

    I’d never heard of green chile until I lived in Vegas. I’m not much of a fan either-but this recipe does look/sound good.

      If you aren’t a fan, then only use one can of the chopped green chiles. It results in a more mild flavor. That is how we started out but now Angeline likes them too so I started making it a little stronger! :)

    OMG, I LOVE chicken Enchiladas but don’t get them too often. I know what’s going on my shopping list next week.
