Last month, I received two gorgeous tops from Tea Collection. Now, I am usually a sundress kind of girl, but these tunics were so pretty and flowy that I was really excited to wear them! Besides, during the spring it’s a little windy in Miami and I’m better off wearing leggings and a pretty tunic than a dress and fighting to keep it from flying up every time I walk outside!

I received the Batik Floral Top in a medium, which retails for $78 on the Tea Collection website. When I first received it, it was a little big on me, so I washed it in warm water and ran it through the dryer. The care instructions said to hand wash and lay flat to dry, so I figured by doing this, it might shrink a little. It didn’t shrink very much – just a tiny bit – but it was enough to make it fit me like it fit the model online.

I really love this top! It’s super soft, being made of 50% cotton and 50% modal. The print is beautiful and perfect for a Miami day of shopping – or getting your nails done and then going for a smoothie with your daughter, which is when I wore it! I received so many compliments on it; people especially loved the billowy sleeves and the belt that ties on the side!

The other top that I received is the Cili Floral Tunic, which was inspired by jungle flowers and designed by hand using a sunprint technique!

I wore this gorgeous tunic on a two day trip down to Key West with my husband and in-laws a few weeks ago. It was perfect for walking around the island and hanging out on the beach!

I wore the Cili Floral Tunic with black leggings and a pair of strappy sandals and it looked perfect for the island! The Cili Floral Tunic is 100% cotton and retails for $98.

Both tops are just absolutely gorgeous, and have the perfect look for hanging out around the beach or spending a day outside in the sun! If you haven’t visited Tea Collection to check out the Bali Collection yet, you must make a point to do it soon! Each item in the Bali Collection for Spring/Summer 2012 was inspired by Bali and the beauty found there.

You won’t be disappointed!
