I’m getting pretty excited, guys! My 10th year wedding anniversary is July 27th! That’s right…10 YEARS of marriage!
Last year, I decided to gather our wedding photos and create an anniversary photo books to commemorate the decade that my hubby and I have spent together. Only, there weren’t very many photos from our humble little chapel wedding to put into that photo book. I found about 10. And two of them were blurry. I was not happy!
I started to think about how I regretted not having a “fancy” wedding and how I would do it differently now. Then I had a light bulb moment: why not do a vow renewal for our tenth wedding anniversary?
I am going to send save the date cards soon with some gorgeous announcements cards I found at Shutterfly.com.
I’ve been using Shutterfly.com for about 5 years now, because they make it so easy to store photos, share with friends and create awesome photo books! My friends started a tradition of making photo books for each other as gifts after our huge birthday parties and the habit has carried over into every aspect of my life! Mother’s day gift? A Shutterfly photo book of snapshots I’ve taken throughout the year at family gatherings. Christmas presents for my grandparents? A Shutterfly photobook of my daughter growing up through the year. I’m working on the announcements now – since the majority of our invitees live out of state, we aim to have our save the date cards sent out this summer to guarantee everyone plans accordingly!
Whether it be a save the date, a bridal shower, birth or a “Hey, we moved!” announcement, Shutterfly.com has you covered. There are literally hundreds of designs to choose from!
