Say buh-bye to stale potato chips!

I know that potato chips are the devil of health-conscious America. Regardless, I eat them anyway. A lot. What can I say? Potato chips are delicious. Until recently, when I was in between gorging servings, I used an old clip that my great-aunt made me…oh, 25 years ago?

As you can imagine, this clip did nothing to prevent my beloved potato chips from going stale. Then I heard about Gripstics. They aren’t your ordinary bag clip, no sir. They work by actually sealing the entire length of the bag opening, to seal in freshness!

Each package comes in 3 sizes, so they fit practically every size bag of potato chips and anything else, really. Those knock-off brand cereals that come in the gigantic bag for 99 cents? Sealed. Rice cakes? Sealed. Sugar? Sealed. Buy-bye ants! Your favorite coffee? Sealed to keep the freshness in! Because really, if there’s anything worse than stale potato chips, it has to be stale coffee!

One of my favorite things about the Gripstic is that it’s thin and can be thrown in your silverware drawer – unlike those clips you normally have to find a special place for.

Gripstics aren’t just for the kitchen, either!  They can also be used to store garden supplies, fishing supplies, or office supplies. Anything that belongs in a bag needs to be sealed with a Gripstic. I am already thinking of all of the craft and beading supplies my daughter has floating around her drawers (re: embedded in her carpet) – the Gripstic would be perfect for sealing those little guys up in a bag!

You can buy Gripstics at Gripstic.com or most local grocery stores!

* While I was provided a Gripstic to facilitate this review, I fell in love with it all on my own & opinions are 100% my own!
