How to Make this Oatmeal Craisin Snack Bars Recipe

Ingredients you need to make Oatmeal Craisin Snack Bars
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups uncooked old fashioned oats [or quick-cooking oats]
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups Craisins

Instructions for how to make Oatmeal Craisin Snack Bars
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat butter and the sugars in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on low speed until creamy. Then beat in the eggs and pre vanilla extract until blended.
Then gradually beat in flour mixture on slow speed just until blended. Stir in craisins. Spread your batter evenly into your prepared pan.
Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
Cut into 32 bars.
