I received Karina Dresses free or charge as part of this ongoing #Dresstacular™ Event. Regardless, all opinions are my own.
Remember when I told y’all that I was going to be working with the Karina Dresses Dresstacular™ event? Well, it’s time for my first review, and I’m totally psyched!
It was so easy to choose my dress because Karina Dresses are specifically designed for certain body types. While they all will probably look great on everyone, they are broken down by body shape and specifically designed to make you look incredible based on your curves. Dresses are made for sizes zero through twenty, and they all embody a classic, timeless look that’s really appropriate for any age.
Karina Dresses Body Shape Guide
Triangle ~ fuller hips, smaller top
Inverted Triangle ~ broader shoulders or fuller bust with smaller hips
Rectangle ~ hips, bust and waist are similar size
Oval ~ waist and bust are same size with smaller hips
Hourglass ~ curvaceous , full hips and bust
My first dress choice was the Karina Dresses Sophie dress, and it’s so freaking cute! When you check out the KarinaDresses.com website, you can actually look up your body type and see which dresses were specially created for you – they’re all listed right there. And if you aren’t sure which body type fits you best, there’s even a picture example to give you a better idea. You can check out all of Karina Dresses styles here.
The Karina Dresses Sophie Dress is perfect for my body shape, which is a triangle – I’m all hips and booty! Isn’t it adorable? It comes in four different patterns, and I’m wearing the red bouquet. It has a modest v-neck, even for a shorty like myself, and it falls at just above the knee cap.
It has subtle pleats at the empire waistline that add a really pretty touch, don’t you think?
Okay, as cute as the Karina Dresses Sophie dress is, that’s not even my favorite part. It’s a really smooth material, made of microfiber (all Karina Dresses are made of microfiber), and it never needs ironing…because it doesn’t wrinkle!
What? YES, that’s right – it doesn’t wrinkle. This is seriously my dream dress. I hate ironing – especially when I travel! I ordered the Karina Dresses Sophie dress in red bouquet and blue bouquet so that I’ll always have at least two things to take with me when I travel that I know will look great right out of the suitcase.
The Karina Dresses Sophie dress retails for $60.00 on KarinaDresses.com, making it a pretty affordable wardrobe staple!
