When hunger strikes Fuego Restaurant is located on site at Hotel Maya and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Led by award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez, Fuego offers coastal dishes of Mexico, Latin America and South America.

The restaurant specializes in mariscos (fresh seafood), including platters of shrimp, oysters, mussels and lobster, as well as ceviche. Also featured is a generous array of antojitos (appetizers), as well as tacos, tortas and entrées.

But what’s food without a cocktail? The bar serves premium tequilas – the largest selection in the region – as well as margaritas and signature cocktails.
