Like many of the other mothers I know, I struggle with my weight.

I lose some. I gain it back. I lose some…I gain it back. It’s a vicious cycle and frankly, I am sick of it. I am always hungry.

Even when I try to eat healthy foods, I find myself snacking throughout the day…and quite honestly, I feel like I just can’t help myself.

I’ve been struggling with this appetite issue for a few years now. When I quit working in 2010, it became worse because I was home all day and had easy access to food. Even though I’ve stopped buying junk food and sweets, I am still eating too much and even too much of healthy food can cause weight gain!

I have tried appetite suppressants in the past; I tried Sensa and it worked for a while but it was so difficult for me to remember to use it with every meal that I finally gave up. I tried Slim-Fast shakes, and while they did fill me up, I still wanted snacks and whatnot throughout the day. I’ve tried those little diet pills that are supposed to suppress your appetite. All they did was make me sweaty and queasy.

So, when I was presented with the idea of trying Full Core Appetite Control Drink, I was intrigued.

A lemon-lime drink that could possibly curb my appetite?

Before I left for North Carolina last week, I called the hotel to make sure that I could receive a delivery there. I placed my order online – YAY for free shipping!! – and I started to get a little excited about the possibilities…

I received the Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drink on Tuesday afternoon and quickly threw them in our travel cooler so that I could drink one before dinner, as the instructions said to drink one per day, before your biggest meal of the day.

While I was still hungry for dinner Tuesday night, I felt that it might be working, because I wasn’t hungry for dessert – and I always want dessert!

Wednesday morning, as we packed up to leave for our 14 hour car ride back to Miami, I made sure that I grabbed a Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drink out of the cooler to drink with my breakfast.

I have a serious snacking problem when I am on a road trip. All I want to do is eat!

Wednesday was my first full day drinking the Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drink, and it was the day I felt that it was certainly working. Not only did I not really feel like snacking during the car ride, but when it came time to eat dinner Wednesday night…I wasn’t even hungry. I had a light breakfast and a sandwich for lunch and still felt full! Of course I made myself eat dinner anyway, but I really didn’t even want it!

Thursday morning, I again drank my Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drink with my breakfast and again, I did not feel like snacking.

Even when Angeline decided to make chocolate cupcakes!

Seriously, folks, that was all it took to make me a believer. I have never turned down a cupcake in my life.

So, as far as I am concerned, Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drinks actually work. They suppressed my appetite – I still wanted to eat most meals but I never felt ravenous, and completely skipped snacking.

Today was my fourth and final drink – I only ordered a 4 pack to begin with. I ate breakfast and lunch today, but no snacks. And I realized that I am also eating less during my meals! I am still eating a healthy amount, but I am not going back for seconds!

So, I bet you’re wondering HOW Full Core Appetite Control Drink is different from the other alleged appetite suppressants out there…

Well, for one, they have vitamins, minerals and a whopping 10 grams of fiber in each can!

That’s right, only 25 calories per can!

And there is no sugar, no caffeine, no taurine – none of that garbage in some other appetite suppressants that is bad for you! If I had known about Full Core Natural Appetite Control Drink before, I doubt I would have been struggling with my weight loss issues for so long. Up until recently, Full Core was only available at weight loss clinics, so it was not available to the general public.

You’re probably wondering how it tastes, right? Because something full of vitamins and minerals – with no sugar, no less – usually isn’t the most appetizing. Well, it actually tastes pretty good. It has a lemon-lime flavor that reminds me of soda but tastes more fruity. I like it! It almost reminds me of Fresca, because it’s light and refreshing like a soda (but of course it isn’t soda at all!).

I let Angeline taste it too and she thought it tasted like Sprite!

If you are struggling with your weight and are looking for a healthy way to curb your appetite, I really can’t recommend Full Core strongly enough. I am already planning on ordering their 24 pack while they are still offering free shipping!

This actually sounds better than the ones that seem to have scary things in them. If I were looking for something like this, I would try it!

Oh no, they don’t taste just like fresca – I just meant that it had a fruity soda taste like fresca does. But fresca is grapefruit and this is lemon lime!
