Pork Chops & Potato Skillet Meal Recipe

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups gold potatoes, sliced in ⅛" thickness
  • 1 onion, sliced into ⅛" thick rings
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  1. Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat.Coat each pork chop with flour and season with salt and pepper. Place into skillet and brown on both sides.
  2. Sprinkle half of cheese on top of pork and top with potatoes, remaining cheese and onions. Pour broth into skillet.
  3. Cover skillet and heat for about 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serve pork chops with potatoes and onions.
