Apple Pecan Breakfast Bake Recipe

  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tubes (7.5 oz each) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a small baking pan. Spread apple pie filling into the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with half of the biscuits. Set aside.
  2. Mix together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour mixture on top of the biscuits in the baking dish. Add remaining biscuits and sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve warm.
