This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Boudreaux’s Butt Paste. All opinions are 100% mine.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I were invited to a baby shower for one of his work buddies. I love shopping for baby showers: the onesies, the rattles, the cute little socks! My daughter is already 13 years old and we don’t plan to have more children, so I cherish any opportunity to buy cute baby clothes!

After I got to Babies R Us and printed out the registry, the first thing that caught my eye was “BUTT PASTE” and I immediately started laughing. Butt paste? Now, of course I know this would be a diaper rash ointment, but you have to admit, the name is pretty attention-grabbing! Of course I did a quick Google search to find out what this product was all about.

This is what I found:

  • Boudreaux’s Butt Paste was created by a pharmacist with direction by a pediatrician  and it is pediatrician recommended.
  • With 16% Zinc Oxide and Peruvian Balsam, it is a skin protectant that is effective in soothing irritated skin and treating diaper rash.
  • It comes in a variety of sizes (1 – 4 oz tubes and 16 oz jar), has a convenient flip-top cap, is easy to apply or clean off, and has a really nice scent (unlike some medicinal smelling ointments). I bought the largest tube, the 4oz, and hopefully that will last the mom-to-be for a while.

When we attended the baby shower, the recipient actually thanked me in particular for the Boudreaux’s Butt Paste because she had heard so many things about it! She said if it has been shown on The Oprah Show and The Today Show, it must be great! Three other party-goers also gifted her Boudreax’s Butt Paste, they had small children themselves and said they also used it. I wish they had some of these great new products on the market when I had my daughter almost 14 years ago!
