I like a veggie rotolo which is a spinach noodle with spinach and ricotta cheese and it has a light tomato sauce on it. Oh so good.

I love lasagna. I make a spicy sauce, and I put cottage cheese in it.
If the pasta is homemade and fresh, I like most of the pasta dishes with a tomato sauce. However, if pasta is not an option, then I will go with a freshly-made calzone
