Ah, summer is officially here. The kids are out of school, the sun is shining and there are many days of freedom ahead of us! I love summer and all of the extra time I get to spend with Angeline, but sometimes it can be difficult to come up with new ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks since she isn’t usually home for three meals a day!     There are SO many fun, and tasty, kid-friendly snacks! I’ll definitely try some of these this summer. Especially the fruit pizza!

    I am so thankful it is summer! I love all of these ideas. We tend to do more “snacky” foods for lunch during the summer and focus on the fresh. This is a great list!

    Looks like you have some healthy ones up there. They all look great. Thanks for sharing, the kids get sick of the same ole thing when they are home in the summer and now we can change it up.

    These are fantastic! I’m running into this problem now with me preschooler – I’ve run out of new foods to make and am tired of the tried and true recipes.

    The healthy dirt cup is very interesting. I would love the simple Summer Strawberry Tart too. So many good things to try here. I will be back.
