I love Vodka. Not just any vodka, but GOOD vodka. I have been referred to as a “vodka snob” a time or two. Or a bunch of times, but who’s counting? I like what I like. When Crystal Head Vodka contacted me and inquired about sending a sample and trying their recipes, I was like, “UM, have you met me? That’s a yes.”

I always say yes to vodka.

Especially vodka that comes in a super cool bottle, like this:

About Crystal Head Vokda

The Crystal Head bottle was designed with a pure spirit in mind. Dan Aykroyd and John Alexander wanted to craft a vessel worthy of one of the world’s purest vodkas. A symbol of life, reflecting power and enlightenment, to hold their award-winning white spirit of super natural purity. Crystal Head contains no additives. No glycerol, citrus oils or sugars. Nothing is added to enhance or mask the taste.

Now, I am not one of those hardcore, LET’S DO SHOTS OF VODKA kinda chicks. I like a regular old mixed drink. Vodka and soda water with a lime squeezed in for good measure…or every once in a while, a vodka mojito, if the bartender knows how to make it…

But I am learning to expand my vodka-drinking horizons. I am trying recipes. Mixing. Doing stuff. This Crystal Tinkled Pink recipe from Crystal Head Vodka is a great place to start.

Isn’t it pretty?

I met a guy at a bar once who said that his go-to drink was a classic Negroni. I was like…*bats eyelashes* “you should order me one, I’ve never tried it!”

I actually liked it, and while I don’t drink it often because of the carbs, it’s a delicious drink! Crystal Head Vodka has their own recipe that I am sharing with you now!
